I have been working in the training industry for nearly 8 years. In which:

  • More than 4 years as a member of Dale Carnegie Vietnam, a part of Dale Carnegie Training franchise network
  • 3 years working as digital marketing partner of more than 20 organizations in the training and education field

And I’m proud to say that I have been taking most of the given opportunities to join all the public courses, in-house training programs, and also dedicated training sessions for key members and partners of the companies I have been working for/with. The reasons? Because I love learning and improving myself. And more importantly, I’ve been preparing myself for bigger and more challenging business ventures.

Yet so far, I’m still having problems translating all the learnt knowledge, processes and tool sets in leadership and management into practice. It is hard to give my team members strong and constant doses of self motivation to deliver their results. And also it is no easy task to train them to be more proactive, to come up with their own agenda, and stick to them until finished.

But I think I’m getting to an appropriate solution. A method which really suits my working and managing style.

It’s Coaching!

My own definition of Coaching is: a very well structured system of questioning, to let a coachee (the person who is being coached) clarify his/her own goal, realize why it is important to him/her, create a list of steps he/she must do to reach the goal, and get committed to his/her own plan.

The beauty of Coaching lies in the fact that I am not the person who forces my own way of solving problems into others. They come up with their own ways of doing, hence they would be more eager to carry out their steps. Before that, they had to define their goals and understand the “Why” very clearly. That’s how they get motivated to perform those actionable task lists.

Coaching is not only applicable in the working environment, but also for other areas such as relationship, health, personal finance, etc. So apart from keeping up with my KPIs, I can help my team members have more fulfilled lives, which contribute to a healthier and more joyful working environment, for all of us.

I had just finished my first module of a 5-day training program to become a certified professional coach, delivered by Master Coach B.J Radomski. It was a wonderful program, providing me with practical and applicable processes, techniques and fundamental coaching belief.

Before joining the second module, I need to complete 12 coaching practice hours. Apart from coaching my team members and friends, I would love to deliver coaching sessions for people whom I haven’t interacted with (or haven’t been actively engaged with). Hence, if you are interested, or you are having a goal which you really need to finish, you can register for my free coaching sessions by filling this online form.

I am confident that my acquired Coaching processes and skills, combined with my 8 years of experience working as a consultant, a team leader and also a managing director can help you clarify your goal, raise your motivation, make your plan and gain your commitment.

The sessions can be delivered face-to-face, or via Skype (for people who are not living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)

Since I can manage to allot maximum 3 – 4 hours for this activity, I would like to make sure that both I and my coachees would benefit from our times. Hence, I only want to work with people with serious intention, and also match the style of people I want to work with for now. Please share your information and also state very clearly your motivation for this Coaching session in the registration form. I am committed to keep all of your shared information secured.

In case I receive more registration than I may handle, I will let you know, and under your permission, can refer you to other participants in the same training program, or already certified Coaches (in case you are ready to pay for professional services)

Thank you very much,

I’m looking forward to your registration via this form [Update: the program has ended]
